Shipping

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on maymebakerstudio.com.

What are your store hours?
Our Online Store is open and available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! That's right - luxury, convenience and fun - all at once!
Our South Carolina warehouse hours are Monday – Friday 10-6pm EST. Orders placed after normal business hours will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after Friday’s normal business hours will be placed Monday morning.
How soon will my product{s} ship?
Some of the items we carry online have been arranged to come to you directly from the vendor. This avoids risk of damage and the taking of unnecessary time to get the product to you. Availability and lead times differ depending on the product. Please note that you will be contacted as soon as your order is placed regarding its status and availability. If you have any questions on lead times or stock, please contact us at {info@maymebakerstudio.com} or call the studio at {864.467.1930}. We’d be happy to inform you prior to your order!
For in-stock items that ship directly from our Greenville shop, you may expect them to ship out the same day if placed before 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship out first thing the next business day.
Please note that orders with multiple items are subject to arrive at different times and in different shipments. However, your shipping costs will be collected up-front so it will be at no extra cost to you!
Who do you use to ship?
Most of our products are shipped via UPS but larger items will arrive via alternate carrier and are noted on the website. Some of our vendors require shipment to a local receiver with a loading dock or white glove delivery. In these cases, we will assist with the coordination and scheduling of delivery. May I see more information or photos of a product?
Absolutely! We are delighted to assist you in making your purchase. In regards to fabrics, we are able to provide a cutting or memo sample to you for review, upon request, before proceeding with your order.
I need a designer to help me pull all of my products together in my home. Do you offer interior design?
Why, yes! Mayme Baker has worked nationally as an interior designer for over 18 years. While we are based out of Greenville, South Carolina, Mayme will travel anywhere! What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
Oh no! We sure hope this doesn't happen! However, sometimes in transit, damage may occur to fragile items. If you notice the damage while the driver is there, please mark "DAMAGE" where you would normally sign your name, and refuse the shipment. We will handle these unique circumstances accordingly and ensure that you receive your product in perfect condition!
If you notice the damage after the driver leaves, please immediately send us an email to sales@maymebaker.com and include your name, order number, invoice number found on the packing slip and a photo {or two} of the damage. We will notify the vendor immediately regarding replacement of the damaged item.
Damage claims will gladly be accepted within 24 hours of receipt {or refusal} of shipment.
How do I purchase items that have no "add to cart" option?

We'll be able to accurately check availability of stock, arrange special instruction shipping or add customization to the product and then handle the order for you.
What are your shipping rates?
We charge a 10% shipping rate on our treasures!
Generally, specialty items such as case goods, large furniture pieces and some chandeliers require white-glove or freight delivery due to the quality, fragility, size and/or weight. As indicated on those product's pages, please call us at {864.467.1930} or email us {info@maymebakerstudio.com} and we would be happy to arrange and coordinate these services for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Products on our website may ship within the United States and Puerto Rico at this time.
Mayme Baker Studio is happy to coordinate shipping outside of the United States, but please contact us before purchasing so we can accurately provide you with a shipping quote.
Please be aware that our shipping quotes for outside of the United States will not include import duty or value added taxes.
How do you determine tax charges?
Because we are a South Carolina retailer, all residents are required to pay South Carolina sales tax, which will be added to your receipt upon purchase.
